When you’re in the midst of a crisis, the last thing you want to do is sit on hold for an hour (or more—ugh), so prompt customer service is a must. As a realtor here in Bridgewater, my standard for contractors is high. Not only do I call them for help with my house, but I also recommend them to my clients. That means their quality of work has to be top-notch every time.
